Anna Maria Chlumsky is an American actor from the United States. She started acting when she was young and became known for playing Vada Sultenfuss in the movie My Girl and its sequel My Girl 2. After her first roles, she stepped back from 1999 to 2005 to go to college. Anna Chlumsky was born on December 3, 1980, in Chicago Illinois to Nancy and Frank Chlumsky Jr. Her mother was a flight attendant while her father was a chef. Although her mother sings and act, her father is also a jazz saxophonist. When she was 10 she became a model in Marshall Fields.
